Joshua Koviak founded Koviak Built with a design-first view of custom homebuilding. His early work as a realtor in Corpus Christi gave him a close look at how layout, light, proportion, and daily function shape the way people connect with a home. Today, he leads architecturally demanding projects across Bandera, Boerne, and the Hill Country, with a focus on difficult sites and complex design requirements.

Joshua brings the same curiosity to technology and operations. His work developing AI tools supports planning, communication, and client experience inside the company, while time outdoors keeps him close to the landscapes that shape Koviak Built homes.

Caleb Pistone became co-owner of Koviak Built in 2022 and brings project management discipline to the field. His work centers on coordination, scheduling, crew communication, and practical decisions that keep complex custom homes moving.

Caleb also leads Reddy Pros in Bandera County, where painting, construction, and land management work give him a direct understanding of local sites, crews, and client expectations.

His leadership is grounded in family, community, and consistency. That approach shows up in the way teams are organized, details are followed, and project standards are carried through each phase.

Joshua Pistone joined Koviak Built as a co-owner in 2022, bringing estimating, business strategy, marketing, and field experience into the company. As a co-founder of Reddy Pros, he understands local construction work at the ground level and uses that perspective to shape growth with practical discipline.

His role connects visibility with substance. Estimating, brand strategy, and client communication all depend on clear information, and Joshua helps make sure the work people see reflects the care behind the build.

Project Manager

John Brown guides day-to-day project management for Koviak Built. He coordinates teams, tracks jobsite details, solves field issues, and keeps each phase aligned with the plan. His work gives clients and crews a steady point of accountability as decisions move out of drawings and into construction.

A careful build depends on repetition: checking, confirming, documenting, and following through. John brings that rhythm to the field so complex projects stay organized.

Kaylan Koviak supports the field work that keeps projects moving. She coordinates materials, helps stock jobsites, assists crews when extra hands are needed, and handles deliveries in the CXT truck.

Kaylan keeps logistics visible before they become problems. That steady support helps each jobsite stay prepared for the next phase of work.

Marketing Manager

Emma Pistone manages SEO, social media, and AI integration for Koviak Built. Her work connects digital visibility with the actual substance of the company: project knowledge, process, design standards, and the people behind the work.

Her interests in technology, psychology, and philosophy give her a broader view of communication. That perspective helps Koviak Built explain complex ideas clearly across search, social, and client-facing media.
